Yes, we cary property damage and comprehensive bodily injury insurance in accordance with the requirements of even the strictest condo associations and management companies. Our licensing history can be checked through the Florida Mover Reg. (# IM2083).
Our customer service representatives are available from 7 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and 8 am to 6 pm on Sunday. As for moves, they usually happen between 7 am and 11 pm, even though we are able to schedule after hours moves when needed. WE DO move 7 days a week and schedule holiday appointments as well.

Yes. We have a two hour minimum.
We accept all major credit cards, check or cash. Payment is made at the end of the move.
Yes. We are also available to help load and unload trucks for out-of-state moves.

No. All of our trucks are equipped with standard equipment such as dollies and blankets. In addition to the standard equipment we provide, if necessary we can provide any additional equipment and/or packing materials that you might need.
Even though we are pretty good at estimating how much time your move is going to take, each move is different and we want to assure that you only pay for the time you use.
We compensate our movers well, so tipping is definitely not required. They are however very grateful when they do receive a tip for going above and beyond your expectations.
